Meet Aaron
A real person behind your care.
I'm Aaron Jensen, MHS, PA-C, a certified physician assistant licensed in Arizona. Definitive Care is my own practice, and I'm growing it slowly, one patient and one referral at a time, so I can actually know the people I care for.
That means you talk to the same clinician every visit. You know the price before you book. And when you have a question, you can reach me the way you reach everyone else in your life, with a call or a text.

Do I need insurance?
No. Visits are self-pay. I don't bill insurance, so there are no claims, no copay math and no surprise bill from me.
How much does a visit cost?
Acute care, like a cold or sore throat, is $55. Complex and chronic care, like diabetes, blood pressure or weight, is $85 a visit. The monthly care plan is $120 for two visits a month. Specialty and mental health visits are priced to the visit, so email or text for a quote. Medications and labs are paid separately to the pharmacy or lab.
Where do you see patients?
Online only, by video or phone. You need to be in Arizona at the time of your visit, because that's where I'm licensed.
Do you see kids?
Definitive Care is a family practice. [Confirm the youngest age Aaron sees.]
Can you prescribe medication?
When a prescription is the right call, I send it to the pharmacy you choose. Some medicines, including certain ADHD and weight-loss medicines, have extra rules. I'll be straight with you about what can and can't be done by telehealth.
What if I need to be seen in person?
Some things need hands-on care, an X-ray or a lab. If that's you, I'll tell you and point you to the right place. For emergencies, call 911.
How do I get ready for a visit?
Find a quiet, private spot with good signal. Have your medication list, any home readings like blood pressure or blood sugar, and your pharmacy's name and location.
Is a physician assistant a real clinician?
Yes. Physician assistants are licensed medical clinicians who diagnose, treat and prescribe. PA-C means I'm nationally certified by the NCCPA and keep that certification current with ongoing education and recertification. You can look up my Arizona license anytime.
Is this a crisis line?
No. If you're in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988, any time. In an emergency, call 911.
The first step is a conversation.
Book a visit online, or call or text and I'll help you find a time.
